Synchronization of controller and network state requires orchestration of various controller applications. Actions taken by these applications in reaction to network state changes require careful coordination of tasks to be executed. The framework allows for achieving such reconciliation/synchronization mechanism in a non-blocking manner. This can be useful for network state change events (e.g. switch/controller restarts, port events etc.)This model serves as a blueprint for:

    1. Cooperative tasks with declarative priority assignments amongst applications.
    2. Lock-free execution of reactive tasks across applications in the face of network state change events.
    3. Minimized amount of design-time coordination and avoidance of hard-coded dependencies across applications for coordination.
   4. Optimizing performance and scale requirement for reacting to network-events.
