Kubernetes is a well-known container orchestration framework and is gaining more adoption as container deployments are in the rise. The container deployment models are complex due to the fact that workloads are being deployed in a mix of VM, nested containers and bare-metal. Network is a key part of these deployments and one can imagine the complexity.

In order to ease, ODL can be used for network provisioning, orchestration and other network admin related activities. Also Openstack and Kubernetes integration enables ODL to address the above problems in a much simpler way. This talk would cover integration of Kubernetes with ODL and would include models to manage Kubernetes network model, docker network model (CNM), integration with framework like Kuryr and relevance to NFVi layer. This session would include a demo that showcases this integration.
