Interested in how OpenDaylight can solve your OpenStack networking challenges? Come learn how the NetVirt project is a great solution for your network virtualization needs in OpenStack.

You will leave this tutorial knowing how to deploy OpenStack and OpenDaylight together. We will provide an overview of the Openstack and OpenDaylight integration architecture. The discussion will include the Network Virtualization (NetVirt), OVSDB, Genius and Neutron Northbound projects. We will demonstrate the solution in action by showing OpenDaylight, Openstack and OpenvSwitch integration to build VxLAN tunnel overlays to connect virtual machines. The demonstration will also include L3 features implemented by the project. Along the way we will also show how to deploy all the required elements including the controller, devstack, openstack and ovsdb.
