Unifying BGP Implementations/Needs - Colin Dixon, Brocade

As I understand it, we have at least 4 different places we're using BGP: bgpcep, atrium, snmp4sdn, and vpnservice. I believe that atrium and vpnservice use Quagga, while snmp4sdn uses a forked version of bgpcep. It would be good to figure out if there was a way to allow all the projects to (at least optionally) consume the bgpcep implementation and maybe also create a simple way to switch between Quagga and bgpcep in keeping with our modular design.
